When we start a project at Vervos Agrotech, it is important first to gain a clear picture of your expectations. When you submit an enquiry or assignment to us, we do not ask what type of machine you need; instead, we establish what matters for the sale of your product and for the production process. By critically examining your objective or challenge, sound ideas and solutions emerge.

As you may have read, we do not rush into things. Every machine-building project follows a phased approach: from idea to development and from realisation to aftercare. This lets us manage the project, your budget and quality. Together with you and your employees, we arrive at the most innovative solutions for your process or production automation.
Idea
The best solutions start with a good idea. But before we can arrive at good ideas, we need to be clear about the solution we are really looking for. In the idea phase, we identify what you are asking for, what you truly need, and which wishes and requirements must be met. With this information as our starting point, we begin researching ideas.
Customer request
What is important for successful sales of your product? How do you want to manufacture? We start every machine-building project with these questions. These discussions often reveal new insights that form the basis for solving your challenge. Our task is to find what you truly need.
Definition
To proceed to the idea exploration phase, it is important to define what needs to be developed and for what purpose. The findings are documented in a set of requirements and wishes, as well as an action plan, which serve as a reference and benchmark throughout the entire development process.
Research
From the definition phase, we begin researching ideas and possibilities. Our team of engineers works together to find the most suitable solution for your industrial automation.
Development
Based on the ideas developed during the research phase, we start developing your process and production automation. We use a proof of concept to test whether our ideas work in practice, and then begin the design and control engineering (mechatronics) of your industrial automation.
Proof of concept
At Vervos Agrotech, we use a 'proof of concept' to verify whether our ideas work in practice and are technically feasible. We build test setups and create prototypes, which we test together with you and your staff for aspects such as functionality, ergonomics, safety, and sustainability.
Design
Using the results from the 'proof of concept', we begin designing your machine engineering solution. Our engineers work out every structure, component, and part in minute detail, ensuring they can be manufactured and assembled with extreme precision and predictability during the realization phase.
Control Engineering
Alongside the design, the control engineering (mechatronics) for your production or handling system is also developed. Here, the interaction of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components is brought together and provided with custom-written automation software.
Realisation
Once the development phase of your process or production automation is complete, we begin the realisation phase. Here, the Vervos team takes care of the manufacturing, assembly, testing and commissioning of your industrial automation.
Manufacturing
At Vervos Agrotech in Schijndel, we have our own manufacturing department. We handle everything in-house, from sheet metal and structural fabrication to CNC machining, welding, and electronics. This allows us to guarantee our quality and delivery reliability.
Assembly
Once all components and parts have been manufactured, assembly can begin. During this process, all parts and components are precisely and carefully assembled into a fully functional industrial automation system.
Testing & Commissioning
After assembly is completed, the installation undergoes a thorough inspection and all mechanical and electronic functions are extensively tested. Once everything functions correctly, the automation system is commissioned at your site.
Aftercare
Now that your brand-new industrial automation system has been installed at your site, you naturally want to start production as soon as possible. Through tailored training, we expertly prepare your staff so they can get to work quickly. In addition, we provide maintenance and support to address any questions or emergencies.
Training
When we deliver your industrial process or production automation system, we also provide training for your staff. In addition, we supply up-to-date documentation and the machine manual, ensuring that both you and your employees are fully familiar with the ins and outs of your new automation system.
Maintenance
Maintaining your industrial process and production automation is essential for ensuring future-proof production. Our maintenance service reduces the risk of downtime and malfunctions.
Support
Should you have questions about the industrial automation system over time or face an emergency, our remote support has you covered. From our location in Schijndel, we can view and work on your machine together with you.
