Zo hebben de engineers van Vervos AgroTech bijvoorbeeld een geautomatiseerde productielijn ontwikkeld waarbij energie wordt terug gewonnen uit overtollige bewegingen van motoren binnen de opstelling. Hierdoor besparen we kosten en het milieu.

Specialists in special-purpose machine building since 1977

Vervos Agrotech in Schijndel is a family business founded in 1977 as a specialist in special-purpose machine building. Over time, we have grown into a turnkey machine builder that develops and delivers customer-specific process and production automation from the first idea through to final aftercare. We do this for a wide range of clients in diverse markets and industries. This includes mechatronic systems for which we develop and deliver mechanics, control engineering and software in-house. Our team comprises specialists educated at university, higher vocational and vocational levels, from mechanical engineers to specially trained CNC turners/millers, welders and fitters. Together, we stand for decisiveness, flexibility, short communication lines and delivery reliability.

Our facilities

From engineering to machining, and from fabrication work to panel building: at Vervos Agrotech in Schijndel, we develop and deliver your industrial process and production automation entirely in-house, from A to Z. The advantage is that we maintain short communication lines and can respond quickly. If your industrial automation requires maintenance, for example, and replacement parts need to be made and installed, you will not face long waiting times from other suppliers. Instead, we immediately get to work for you in our own manufacturing facility, so you experience minimal downtime.
